Pistis Sophia – Chapter 54

Jesus continued again in the discourse and said unto his disciples: “It came to pass then, when this lion-faced power saw me, how I drew nigh unto Pistis Sophia, shining very exceedingly, that it grew still more furious and emanated from itself a multitude of exceedingly violent emanations. When this then befell, Pistis Sophia uttered the eleventh repentance, saying:

The Karmic debts must be paid as we advance along the rocky path that leads to the Final Liberation.

The eleventh repentance of Sophia

1.Why hath the mighty power raised up itself in evil?

2.Its plotting taketh away the light from me all the sharp iron have they taken away power from me.

3.I chose to descend into the chaos rather than to thirteenth aeon, the region of Virtuousness.

4.And they desired to lead me craftily, in order to whole light time, and as abide in the consume my

5.For this cause then will the Light take away their whole light, and also their whole matter will be made naught. And it will take away their light and not suffer them to abide in the thirteenth aeon, their dwelling-place, and will not have their name in the region of those who shall live.

6.And the four-and-twenty emanations will see what hath befallen thee, O lion-faced power, and will be afraid and not be disobedient, but give the purification of their light.

7.And they will see thee and will rejoice over thee and say: Lo, an emanation which hath not given the purification of its light, so that it may be saved, but boasted itself in the abundance of the light of its power, because it did not emanate from the power in it, and hath said: I wilt take away the light from Pistis Sophia, which will now be taken from it.’

“Now, therefore, let him in whom his power is raised, come forward and proclaim the solution of the eleventh repentance of Pistis Sophia.”

The Mighty Power has always raised itself up in evil, because evil fortifies it against its will.

The sharp iron takes away the power from Pistis Sophia under the tenebrous plot of the Averno.

The region of Virtuousness is ineffable, yet Pistis Sophia descends into the inferior Chaos in order to transform herself and victoriously re-ascend.

The Theomertmalogos was altered in the Dawn of the Mahamanvantara, by a contact of the Geneotriamatzikamnian type.

This signifies that the sublime Theomertmalogos suffered a certain alteration when it made contact with the primogenial manifestation of the Cosmos.

Similarly, Pistis Sophia passes through a certain transformation when she makes contact with the inferior Chaos.

The tenebrous ones within the Chaos always want to consume all the light of Pistis Sophia.

The Light will take away from the tenebrous ones their negative and fatal light. The matter of the tenebrous ones will be reduced to dust. This is the Second Death. The tenebrous ones will never ascend to the Thirteenth Aeon.

There exist the Rulers of the Light and the Tenebrous Rulers. The Rulers of the Light have their name written in the Great Book of Life. Yet, the Tenebrous Rulers shall not  have their name written in the Great Book of Life.

The four-and-twenty Emanations are the twenty- four Elders, who are the living personification of the Microcosmic Zodiac within ourselves.

The twenty- four Elders, or twenty-four autonomous and Self-conscious parts of our own Being, will see what has befallen in front of the Lion of the Law. Thus, they will be afraid and will not be disobedient, but will give the purification of their Light.

A divine, ineffable purification irradiates from their Light.

The emanation that does not give the purification of its Light can never be saved.

Each part of our own Being must be perfected. The perfection of each part is possible only with the elimination of the undesirable psychic elements.

The most elevated parts of the Being are demanding. Therefore, no one can perfect them without having eliminated the totality of the undesirable psychic elements.

The one who perfects the most elevated parts of the Being receives the degree  of Ishmech.

If the emanation, or the part of the Being does not give its Light of perfection, it is because it remains bottled up within a psychic aggregate

It is obvious that when any part of the Being is bottled up, it boasts of itself, it becomes egotistical.

It is a crime to boast about the power and the Light, which does not emanate from ourselves, but from the Being.

The Light and the real Wisdom emanates from the Being of the Being, not exclusively from some of the parts.

Any part of the Being which is bottled up in one or another psychic aggregate, living personification of a psychological defect, intends to boast of itself and believe itself to be sovereign.

Those who pretend to have the totality of the light of Pistis Sophia ignore that they ignore,

Salome interpreteth the repentance from Psalm LI

Then Salome came forward and said: “My Lord, concerning this thy light-power prophesied aforetime through David in the fifty-first Psalm, saying:

1.Why doth the mighty [one] boast himself in his wickedness?

2.Thy tongue hath studied unrighteousness all the daylong; as a sharp razor hast thou practiced craft.

3.Thou lovedst wickedness more than goodness; thou lovedst to speak unrighteousness more than righteousness.

4.Thou lovedst all words of submerging and a crafty tongue.

5.Wherefore will God bring thee to naught utterly, and will uproot thee and drag thee out from thy dwelling-place, and will root out thy root and cast it away from the living. (Selah.)

6.The righteous will see and be afraid, and they will mock at him and say:

7.Lo, a man who made not God for his helper, but trusted to his great riches and was mighty in his vanity.

8.But I am as a fruit-bearing olive-tree in the house of God. I have trusted in the grace of God from all eternity.

9.And I will confess unto thee, for thou hast dealt faithfully with me; and I will wait on thy name, for it is auspicious in the presence of thy holy [ones].

“This then is now, therefore, my Lord, the solution of the eleventh repentance of Pistis Sophia. White thy light-power hath roused me, I have spoken it according to thy desire.”

Psalm LI specifies the functions of Salome within ourselves, here and now. Obviously, none of the personages of Pistis Sophia are outside of ourselves.

Unquestionably, all the personages of Pistis Sophia are autonomous and Self-conscious parts of our own Being.

With the Olooestesnokhnian type of vision, the Being appears like an Army of Children. This is how we, the ‘Brethren on Service’, perceive Him.

An entire Hooltampanas of the Universe can be perceived with this vision.

An entire Hooltampanas is equivalent to 5,764,801 tonalities of the universal cosmic color.

No one can possess this type of sight of the sacred Olooestesnokhnian without having previously passed through the Buddhist Annihilation.

Salome as virtue and virtues, law and laws, knows very well why the mighty (one) boasts and vaunts himself in his wickedness.

The tongue of the perverse one becomes like a sharp razor for evil. The perverse one loves evil, for the love of the same evil.

The lying words and crafty tongue characterizes the perverse one. Salome knows good from evil and evil from good.

Each part of our own Being has his sacred ministry.

Above and below, in the Macrocosm and in the Microcosmic human being, the creative powers are esoterically divided into seven, three, and four, within the twelve great cosmic orders, which bring to mind the zodiacal signs in the Macrocosm and in the Microcosm. The Lions of Fire, or ‘Lions of Life’ of the zodiacal sign of Leo, are constituted as the most elevated group in the Macrocosm and within the Microcosmic human being.

Moreover, it is important to remember that just as the zodiacal belt exists in the firmament, likewise, the flames of the constellation of Leo exist within the human being. The Hierarchy of the Fire is the most important Hierarchy in the Macrocosm and in the Microcosmic human being.

Following these short paragraphs, which are necessary in order to clarify concepts, let us continue with the biblical verses cited by Salome and their corresponding commentary. God abandons the one who marches on the path of perdition.

When the son falls, then the Father withdraws. When the Father withdraws, then the son falls in disgrace.

The one who does not trust in the help of God, but in his material  wealth  and who has developed the psychic aggregate of vanity, falls into the abyss of perdition.

The aggregate or psychic aggregate of vanity impedes the correct relation with the superior parts of the Being.

Vanity is a relative of pride.

Vanity is a charlatan. Pride is silent.

Someone will speak about certain things because of vanity, yet, will keep silent about them because of pride.

By dint of pride, any wealthy person could have in his residence an antique car, possibly from the last century. However, because of vanity, this person would prefer to drive a car of the latest model.

Hurt vanity causes frightful suffering. However, hurt pride can cause death. When vanity and pride are united, they can perform monstrosities.

Vanity is also accustomed to being disguised with the costume of modesty.  A  vain painter or writer can appear in public displaying a costume of a beggar.

When an artist is hurt in his vanity, then he is apt to fall into terribly painful situations.

A fruit bearing olive tree is like the one who works on himself and who trusts in the grace of God from all eternity.

The Lord knows how to pay well the one who trusts in His holy name.

Jesus commendeth Salome

It came to pass then, when Jesus had heard these words which Salome spoke, that he said Well said, Salome. Amen, Amen, I say unto you: I will perfect you in all mysteries of the kingdom of the Light”

The kingdom of the Light is formed by the conscious circle of the solar humanity, which operates over the superior centres of the Being.
