Relaxing the Body:
The Gnostic ascetic lies down in dorsal decubitus, (face up) with the head towards the east. You can lie on your bed or on the scented earth or wherever you desire. It is delicious to lie down and meditate in the flowery fields, or among the charming noise of the ancestral pine forests, where the birds sing.
The Gnostic ascetic can also lie on the rocks of the mountains or on the cliffs of the stormy ponto. The friendly rocks bring comfort to Gnostic ascetics.
Place your body, already in the form of a beautiful five-pointed star or in the form of a dead man, you choose the posture. The Pentalpha is profoundly esoteric; and it can defend you from the attacks of dark ones.
The dead man’s position is profoundly significant: “Death is everyone’s crown” you know. You must look like a corpse then; the feet should come together at heels and the toes of them separated in the form of a fan.
The corpse’s arms extend along the body.
Breathe now as newborn babies breathe; Observe the little ones pay attention to their breathing, imitate them during meditation.
How beautiful are newborn babies; their breathing is certainly that of the SOUL OF THE WORLD. The smell of newborn creatures is wild, it tastes like forest, mountain, it has a “I don’t know what”… in innocent creatures, the most pure and ineffable essence manifests.
Now we can explain ourselves the fundamental reason why newborns are self-conscious.
However, older people with much self-sufficiency assume that the newborn is unconscious.
Observe the newborn children; their relaxed bodies in little cribs look ineffable. Imitate them, relax your body as children relax it.
No tension should exist in the muscles, the legs and arms of a newborn creature are like silk.
Newborn children sleep deliciously in their cribs happy and without any problems. Imitate the innocent children during your practice of deep inner meditation.
Reconquer childhood in the mind and heart.
