The Eight Virtues of Kundalini

Share this post on:

Delving into the depths of Gnosticism, on this occasion we will explore the Kundalini energy, that primordial serpentine energy that lies latent in every human being along the spine, and its awakening as a path to self – gnosis and the liberation of soma or consciousness. The full and progressive manifestation of this divine force is revealed through the flourishing and prior verification of eight essential virtues, fundamental pillars on the path of self-realization.

These eight virtues, more than mere moral precepts, are transformative states of consciousness that allow the pneumatic being to transcend the illusions of the material world and reconnect with the light of the Pleroma. Through conscious practice and willpower , the Gnostic seeker strives to cultivate these intrinsic qualities, thereby revealing the divine potential inherent in their essence.

The radical elimination of the devilish aggregates that we carry within will result in these virtues.

We must remember that once the cycle of 108 existences assigned to every Soul on the face of the Earth is concluded, it is unquestionable that one descends with the wave of involution, even if one possesses beautiful virtues. Thus, on this path, one must renounce the virtues once acquired and follow the direct path toward the being.

This theme reminds us of the goddess of justice printed on card number 8 of the Egyptian tarot.

The Eight Virtues:

1.- RIGHT THOUGHT

Perfectly understood psychological thinking: the best way to think is not to think.

Let us, then, beware of the leaven of the Sadducees and the Pharisees, and let us think about opening the Inner Mind. How shall we open it? By knowing how to think psychologically.

Here you receive classes on Psychological Thinking. If one learns to Think Psychologically, one finally manages to open the Inner Mind. The Inner Mind, I repeat, functions with the data of the Superlative Consciousness of Being. Then, thanks to this, one experiences the Truth of the various phenomena of Nature.

2.- RIGHT ACTION

In our daily lives, we have the best training ground for correcting our behavior. Working on our egos in the motor center is essential for acting correctly and relating objectively to others and the environment.

The world of relationships has three very different aspects that we need to clarify precisely.

First:  We are related to the planetary body. That is, to the physical body.

Second:  We live on planet Earth and by logical sequence we are related to the outside world and the issues that concern us, family, business, money, matters of trade, profession, politics, etc., etc., etc.

Third:  Man’s relationship with himself. For most people, this type of relationship is of no importance. Unfortunately, people are only interested in the first two types of relationships, regarding the third type with complete indifference.

3.- THE WORD

The word is a very precious instrument, and it is the transmission of psychic energy; he who works on himself must control the effect of the word.

Therefore, the word cannot be separated from SEXUALITY. Both words, and SEX, are absolutely intimately related, as demonstrated, to the exact location of the Muladhara Chakra, the sacred seat of pure Akasha, or the Serpent called Kundalini.

4.- TRUE LOVE

We must develop true love in a couple. Mutual respect develops in peace.

For love to exist, full mystical communion of the two beings is required on all seven levels of the Mind. Without this full communion on all seven levels of the mind, the result is divorce. Love is like a solitary tree illuminated by the sun. Love is like a newborn child; Love is like an ineffable rose bathed in the light of the full moon. Love and Passion are incompatible. Love and Passion are two substances that cannot be combined; Love is absolutely innocent. Where there is love, jealousy, anger, or resentment cannot exist, because Love is incompatible with all these base passions. Love begins with a flash of sympathy, is substantiated by the force of affection, and is synthesized in adoration. A Perfect Marriage is the union of two beings, one who loves more and the other who loves better.

5.- COMPREHENSION

It is a faculty of the heart and not of the mind, and can only be understood by practicing inner silence.

When working in the world of comprehension, images and words emerge in the form of  koans.

In the early work on understanding defects, the aid of sleep is necessary. This process of understanding leads to confusing levels, where images lack coherence and where colors are not yet clear, that is, not very bright.

One of the main obstacles in understanding a defect is not being able to focus on the  psychological element  under study, because the mind tends to be distracted.

6.- CONSCIOUS WILL

The Will must exist in each of our actions; we must know how to do the will of the Father, on earth as it is in heaven…

The Essence is “Will-Consciousness” unfortunately being processed by virtue of our own conditioning.

When the Will is released, it then mixes or merges, thus integrating with the Universal Will, thereby becoming sovereign.

The individual Will fused with the Universal Will can perform all the wonders of Moses.

There are three kinds of acts:

A) Those that correspond to the Accident Law.

B) Those that belong to the Law of Recurrence, facts always repeated in each existence.

C) Actions intentionally determined by the Conscious Will.

7.- CORRECT WAY TO EARN A LIVING

Anyone seeking esotericism and initiation must have a decent and respectable profession or occupation. No criminal or anyone who earns money through illicit means may advance in these studies.

When someone is fully convinced of the role he must play in existence, he then makes his vocation an apostolate, a religion, and becomes, in fact and by his own right, an apostle of humanity.

Anyone who knows their calling, or who discovers it for themselves, undergoes a tremendous change. They no longer seek success; they have little interest in money, fame, or gratitude. Their pleasure then lies in the joy they feel in having responded to an intimate, profound, unknown calling from their own Inner Essence.

8.- STRAIGHT EFFORT

In the work of self-realization, mechanical efforts take us nowhere; we must constantly make super efforts.

Arriving at the summit, we all found the venerable one transformed into a great palm tree, a living symbol of victory achieved through terrifying ordeals and terrible super efforts.

Summary:

In select spheres of Gnosticism, Kundalini energy, a primordial force latent in the human being, and its awakening as a path to self-gnosis and the liberation of consciousness are explored in detail.

The full manifestation of this energy is revealed through eight essential virtues, fundamental to the self-realization of the pneumatic. These virtues, as transformative states of consciousness, allow us to transcend the illusions of the material world and reconnect with our inner Being.

The elimination of the internal “demon selves” leads to these virtues, although even with them, at the end of the cycle of 108 existences, one descends involutionarily. Therefore, the Gnostic path involves renouncing the virtues one has attained in order to advance directly toward the Being.

The eight virtues are: Right Thinking (understood as not thinking, opening the Inner Mind), Right Acts (correcting daily conduct and relating objectively), Right Use of the Word (controlling the power of the word, linked to sexuality), Love (developing true love in the couple, based on respect and peace), Comprehending (faculty of the heart that arises from inner silence), Conscious Will (aligned with the Universal Will), Right Livelihood (with a decent occupation that benefits others), and Right Effort (overcoming conformity in the work of self-realization).
